When I go to download or update anything in my App Store it asks for my friends password to iTunes . I’ve removed her phone from my device and I can’t find a trace of her account anywhere. Help I just wanna update tiktok man:( I’ve even changed my password to try and update it but it didn’t work.

Disassociate this from Other's Account:
Take this back to your "friend" and have them log out of this, as if they were to sell it to you. Have them perform this site, including the iCloud logout: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. If they do not log out of it, then you will never be able to associate it to your own account. They should have known better.
