You cannot. At present only Arizona and Maryland support the feature.

Why can I not add my Alabama Drivers License to my wallet. The only options listed for state ID are Arizona and Maryland. I’m trying to add my drivers license to my wallet. It will only allow you to add an Arizona or Maryland ID. Mine is an Alabama Drivers License.
