Can I use instant hotspot to access internet with an android via wifi as I can with my iPhone’s personal hotspot?

Can I use apple’s instant hotspot to connect Tom internet using wifi on my android device? I have saw that one is able to connect other iOS devices but did not see anything about connecting using wifi turned on on an android. Moreover, how do I find or turn on Instant Hotspot?

Now you can still use the hotspot with entering in the password manually but iOS only has the option of sharing Wi-Fi passwords across other iOS devices within a certain distance of each other but not with androids.

That’s just for devices that’s signed into your Apple ID account.
