apple made a refund for me without my consent i did not want a refund for that purchase

when i was making a refund for a ($69.99) subscription i accidently bought, my status of claims on the request refund website showed pending for my subscription i refunded and a purchase i had made a week prior? i did not ever click refund for the ($49.99) purchase i had made the week before yet apple refunded it anyway, and now im in deep trouble with the app i made the week prior purchase on, id like apple to take accountability for this i never wanted a refund for the week prior purchase yet for some reason they automatically looped it in with my accidental subscription.
