How to turn off Contacts access?

On iPhone, when I do Settings > Privacy > App Privacy Report, I notice that a number of Apple apps, such as the Podcast app, have access to my Contacts. How do I turn off this access?

Thanks, but I don't see anything here that allows me to turn off the Podcast app's access to my Contacts data. Am I missing something?
