Refund Request Status In-App Purchases Family Sharing My son purchased over 600 dollars on an in-game app purchase. I did the request a refund and received an email stating a decision has been made. When I follow the instructions to check the status via the report a problem there is no check status option. I also no longer see the purchases on the order history. I am not sure if the refund has been approved or denied an I'm concerned that the purchases are no longer showing in the purchase history. I can't even get to them via the email that I received when they were made which is how I got to them originally. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?

Double charged even after family sharing is turn on Hi Support - I've turned on Family purchase sharing - I've bought the software before, - and now when my family member download the same software, it is being charged again - contacted the iTunes support and the refund is refused, and give me no valid reason .. this is ridiculous . what is family sharing for then ?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.

If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
