My Apple Watch won't scroll to the Control Center.
My apple watch won't scroll to let me get to the control center. It will scroll when it is on my apps. Any fixes our there?

Try resetting the Watch. Press and hold the Digital Crown and the power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch will reboot. Test after that.
