Find my iphone

Just wondering if there would be a reason for my apple iphone’s find my iphone alarm to go off without me using it…

Find my iPhone went off without me activating it I am wondering why my “find my iPhone” alert went off randomly at 5am this morning. I had used it previously the night before to find my iPhone. No one else in my family has access to any of my apple devices. I was having a great sleep until it went off. Does this mean somehow someone has hacked into it or someone did it from icloud? I’m annoyed, tired, and wanting answers.

Unable to see my stolen iPhone 15 location on Find My Last known location is showing on findmy when the device was last online. And now it's showing will be removed on 25 Feb. Also, received this sms on my number today, "Dear Customer, Your lost iDevice 15 has been temporarily switched ON. View Iocation: https://icloud.com-device.us/O2Z3 Apple Support" This above link doesn't seem official so I haven't tried opening it. Has the theif got access to my phone? Find my iPhone I lost my iPhone with find my iPhone on after few hours I received a message show below. Security Alert! Dear Customer, Your lost IPHONE 11 have been found. See location at : Apple Supports. after I check on it my find iPhone was turn off I want to know why please. [Link Edited by Moderator]

This could only happen if someone was able to access your account or device using FindMy. If you have not given anyone else access, I would recommend changing your password. I would also enable Two-Factor, which will send you an authorization code anytime someone attempts to login.
