Move to IOS transferred only "sent" messages.

I switched from a Samsung Galaxy A51 to an iPhone 13Pro. I utilized move to iOS multiple times (which took HOURS each attempt) and my text messages were the most important part of the move and the only thing I cannot seem to fix.

All I'm able to transfer is the "sent" messages by me. Any received/responses are not there and neither are any images in either direction. Is there any way at all to fix this manually?

Hi B_Steele,

You asked if there is a way to fix this manually. This article shows how to manually move content from an Android device to iPhone: Move content manually from your Android device to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support The article doesn't have steps on how to move messages manually.

To confirm, is your Samsung Galaxy fully up-to-date, along with the iPhone 13 Pro? We want to ensure the latest software is running, as that can help. Up-to-date software can contain fixes or resolve unexpected issues:

Take care.
