If i have a great app idea. Who do i contact with to bring this vision to life? Is there a number or something or someone to make a deal with?

Do an internet search for an app developer who would be willing to work with you to make it happen.
You’ll probably want to contact a lawyer first to protect your idea. Otherwise anyone you talk to about it could go off and do it on their own.
