Maybe you can try this solution: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If it doens't work, you can plug your device into a computer (which has iTunes installed) and use iTunes to restore your device to factory reset. Thus, everything including the settings on your iPhone will be erased. After that, you can reset your iPhone as a new one.
