i know MUSIC has an equalizer but i’d like to see if i can up the bass response for my Cubase application which i want to play through my imac speakers.
maybe there is an app for that ?
maybe apple has already set their sound to max bass and treble ?
my mixing is done using studio monitor headphones in order to get an somewhat accurate rendition of the bass. (ur22 interface)
as i’m working on a song , i just like to sometimes play my music from the mac for others to hear of my progress.. if i do this in cubase , I would have to make a new version of the project with boosted bass to play on the imac speakers…. an extra step i don’t want to do.
so it would be easier to keep my EQon the mac side. and use a mac EQ booster. for those little speakers.

Just run an eq plugin within Cubase, there a ton of free ones
AIrfoil by Rogue Amoeba has a free eq mode I believe. Top quality company.
