Harmon Kardon Speaker and iPhone 13

Hello, recently upgraded to iPhone 13 and can no longer pair my phone and speaker. Anyone else have this problem? I’ve looked for an app (which wasn’t require with my previous phone), turned Bluetooth on/off and restarted my phone. Same issue for my husband. Thanks!

Hi StephHam,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! What happens when you try to pair the speaker and your iPhone? Do you get a specific error message? You mentioned that you recently upgraded, is this the first time you are pairing the speaker with these specific devices? If so, is the speaker in discoverable mode so that it can be found by your iPhone? According to this article from Harman Kardon: How to connect your Bluetooth smartphone or tablet You'll want to press the bluetooth icon located on your speaker.

On your iPhone, you'll want to go to Settings > Bluetooth, be sure it is enabled and scroll to "other devices" to see if your speaker appears there. Once located, you can tap the name of the speaker to pair them.

Check out the guide from Apple here: Set up and use Bluetooth accessories on iPhone.

If you are still having trouble, you can try the steps on this article: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Hope that help!
