Some ads are not working

Hello, I have this game I’ve been playing for a while and it’s called Play together. The problem I have on my phone while playing the game is when some of the ads are not working when I try to claim rewards, it would give me black screen with the ‘x’ sign on the top right corner and I couldn’t click on anything. I’ve tried resetting my phone and try to turn on and off the ‘personalized ads’ option, but it still won’t fix it. Is there any solution to this?
