Recently reminders are out of sync on my apple watch

Let’s take some steps to help resolve the situation. 

When you say the reminders are out of sync, are you not seeing the reminders list on all devices, is the issue notifications or something different? Do you use iCloud to sync your reminders or another type of account? 

As a preliminary step, let’s have you restart all the devices involved then test again.

Let's confirm you're up-to-date with the latest software on all of your devices to see if that could be related to the discrepancy in syncing your reminders. In addition to those steps, we'd recommend clearing out the reminders that are overdue on your Apple Watch as that may clear up the discrepancy to allow syncing to resume. Delete a reminder, choose a default list, reorder lists

For an Apple Watch that you set up for yourself, you manage some aspects of reminders on the paired iPhone.

• Delete a reminder: Open the Reminders app on your iPhone, tap a list that contains the reminder you want to delete, then swipe left on the reminder.
To delete a list, swipe left on it.

• Choose a default list: If you create a new reminder outside of a specific list, it’s added to the default list. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap Reminders. Tap Default List, then tap a list.

• Change the order of your lists: Open the Reminders app on your iPhone. Tap Edit, then drag the list to a new location.
