Outlook Mobile Crashing on IOS 15.5

Hi, requesting help for solutions. I have an iPhone 11 Pro with IOS 15.5. I download the Outlook mobile app and it closes as soon as I open it. I've tried the following many times and uninstalled / reinstalled in between each. I've spoken with Microsoft support, and they don't have a solution other than to uninstall / reinstall.

Cleared Cashe on Safari, Deleted other browsers (Chrome and Google)

Reset network settings

Reset All Settings

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
