Airplay 2 buffers and disconnects when streaming video (Roku TV)

I’ve been unable to solve this issue after trying many different things. Video broadcasted to my Roku from my iPhone will buffer and cause airplay to disconnect with a connection error. This only happens when streaming video via airplay. My Roku is compatible, fully updated, and receives 200+mbps at all times with no issues anywhere, except airplay. My iPhone (Xs Max) is also fully updated. There are no issues with my router, my internet connection, or streaming content with any other method besides airplay. I am at a loss as to what this could be besides a software issue. Any suggestions?
