Unable to respond to Apple support phone call Because the Apple system cannot hear me touching number one on my keypad, looking for solution

Good suggestion, if I was on the mainland that’s what I would do. However I’m on the big island of Hawaii so I think I’ll try my Verizon retailer in Hilo and see if perhaps they can help me. Thank you
