What is the best size for my Apple Watch band?

Hello, so I want to order an Apple Watch band but I do not know what’s the size for the band. My current band size is S/M which with researching seems like it’s for a 130-200mm wrist. I am not eligible to print the measurement guide, so for that size what would be the best size (as a number) for my Apple Watch.
