I am getting unrecognized billings from apple every week. I have no subscriptions open right now but still get charged every week. How can I get a refund? How can I cancel this if my apple id is not affiliated with this bill?

I am getting the same APPLE.COM/BILL *** billing every week to my debit card, I am not aware of this subscription. I checked my subscriptions page and I have no active subscriptions. How can I cancel this? and is it possible to get a refund for the several unused subscriptions that I am not aware of?
