I have an iphone 6 Plus which I had not used for 6 months but wanted to start using again but I get a black screen. The battery is fully charged and I have tried re-booting and can see the Apple Logo on the screen but nothing happens. Itunes recognises the phone but says that it cannot update due to an "unknown error" (78). What else can I try ?.
