Latest iTunes for Win8, x64 to upgrade iOS on iPhone?

Hi,

I downloaded iTunes from Apple.com, for Windows 8, 64bit.

This shows version 12.10.11.2 x64 I believe.

Though, when I tried to upgrade iOS on my iphone 6/8 via iTunes, I get request to update iTunes to v12.18... Any idea how to fix the situation?

What's the latest version of iTunes for Windows? I'm running the latest version of iTunes 12.12.4.1 on Win 10 64bit which I downloaded from Apple's website about 2 months ago! I'm trying to update my iphone to ios 15.7 today, but itunes keeps saying get the latest version! I downloaded iTunes from Apple a few minutes ago, but the latest version is 12.11.3.17! I'm baffled!! How did I get 12.12 two months before 12.11?!

Upgrade to Windows 10. Windows 8 and lower are no longer supported for the latest versions of iTunes, which are required for updating and restore operations on devices running iOS.
