Just bought iphone 13 max pro online via apple.com. Got charged twice in two different credit cards

When I completed my payment method in the website, there was a message that said "Action required, we are having a problem with your payment". That was with my first credit card. I then changed credit cards and got the same message. Afterwards I checked with my bank if the transaction appeared in my credit card because I recieved an email from apple that my purchase was approved.

My bank approved both transaction in both credit cards. I tried canceling one of them with my bank but they told me that they cant cancel the transaction once it was approved and that I should contact the shop and ask them to cancel one of the credit cards transactions or refund the credit card.

My question then is, what do I need to do, or who can I contact to solve this problem? I tried looking into the support platform by Apple but there is no option for my issue. My invoices show the purchase was approved by one credit card. I want to make sure that my other credit card was not approved by Apple and had a double transaction.
