If by solution, what to do about the expired warranty, then you have a few options:

  • Ask the seller if they provide a warranty. If not, then you can elect to return the phone for a refund.
  • If you do return the phone, you can purchase a new or refurbished one directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. They both come with warranties.
  • You can elect to do nothing.

If you asking something else, you need to clearly state what it is that you need help with.

This forum is supported by non-Apple employees that volunteer their time to help other Apple-product users. As such, Apple representatives, may or may not, respond to posts here.

What exactly are you having an issue with that we may be able to assist you with?

On the other hand, if you want to talk to Apple directly, you will need to contact Apple Support. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
