green pixel on macbook screen

There's a single green pixel on my macbook screen, i've tried NVRAM reset but the dot is still there. What should I do?

In the middle of the screen, the green dots occur when the screen is black. Otherwise, for instance, while I am writing this post via the white web page, there are no green dots. It is interesting. When I visited the Apple store in Shinjuku, they just took a look and said ''Oh, we can repair it but you have to pay nearly 90.000 Japanese Yen.'' I do believe that this might be a manufactural fault and it should be covered by Apple. I did not buy this Mac to use for only 2 years. Green dot on MAcbook Air 2020 Screen Hi I have issue with macbook air m1 2020 . My screen has 1 green dot at one point on my screen and it is visible only on dark screen . And this dot is not showing on screen shot . not sure why it is showing like this , i haven't dropped my system or any hard press on screen .

I noticed a green tinted rectangle burned on my macs screen, how can I solve this? I saw when I have a black background that there is a light green rectangle burned into the screen of the Mac. How can I solve this and what might be causing the problem?
