Motherboard issue after 2 yrs

Dear Team,

I am surprised today by my macbook pro which is not started. it was showing loading screen. After giving to service centre, it's been asked to change motherboard. 2 years and motherboard gone.. poor quality. How come this possible, I fail to understand. I was in impression of solid performance of macpro but this is poor.

Got a response from service center

System not Power On

1. Check the system reset SMC.

2. Check the system with known good Adapter

3. Check the system reset all cables and connections but still issue persist.

4. Diagnosis Done, Need to Check the system with known good MLB & Touch ID

That's it so change motherboard....

This is a volunteer forum. To speak directly with Apple call 1-800-MY-APPLE or go to apple.com/contact for a list of international phone numbers.

sometimes electronics go bad, I've had parts shipped to me DOA from the factory. If they can fix it and it's under warranty IMHO count your blessings.
