Can’t change volume with Apple remote anymore

Do try restarting the remote again, using the key combination. That seems to have solved this issue for some other users.

Verify your Settings for Volume Control. If set to Auto and it doesn’t work, try one of the manual settings.

What is your audio setup? (Built-in TV speakers, soundbar, receiver, HomePods, other?)

When did it last work with this setup? Is all the equipment unchanged?

The suggested fix does not work for me and all workarounds have been attempted. See my original thread and if there are any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated
