nvme: "3rd party NVMe controller. Command timeout. Write. fBuiltIn=1 MODEL=aigo NVMe SSD P3000 1TB FW=2.3.1.B

You have a 3rd party NVMe device made by

MODEL=aigo NVMe SSD P300 1TB

macOS is reporting that the ago NVMe controller is timing out, as in macOS sent it a command, and it did not respond in a reasonable period of time.

If you are using an M.2 SSD, then the problem may be with the SSD adapter, otherwise the M.2 SSD may be bad or incompatible. I was suggesting a possibly less expensive possibility than a bad SSD although I've never heard of that "aigo" brand SSD before so an issue with the SSD is a real possibility. Or it may be a compatibility issue due to both the SSD and the adapter. Just no way to know for sure without trying a different adapter and/or SSD.
