Do I need to unpair my iPad from my iPhone

I have bought a new iPhone 13

I want to set it up from a back up of my iPhone 11

Do I need to unpair my iPhone 11 from my iPad Pro when setting up the iPhone 13, and then pair the newly set up iPhone 13 with my iPad Pro?

Thanks

Your iPhone and iPad have never been paired. They perhaps share data through iCloud or you many have messages and phone forwarded from the phone to the iPad enabled, but that isn’t the same as being paired.

So just go ahead and restore the backup fro the 11 to the 13, or even better, if you still have the 11 see→Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
