Watch isn’t working properly.

My watch didn’t update and the Apple logo would appear and then disappear. What should I do?

Hi lilliana147,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

It seems the update had not completed, as the Apple logo was appearing and disappearing. This may often seen on devices during updates, before the update completes.

(For convenience, It is often a good idea to leave watch updating overnight.)

You might want to see if this Apple Support article(link below) helps:

Update your Apple Watch – Apple Support

Eg: says:

"Leave your Apple Watch on its charger while the update completes.

Don't restart your iPhone or Apple Watch, and don't quit the Apple Watch app.

When the update is complete, your Apple Watch will restart on its own".

Hi. The update never completed when I was connected to the wifi. It gave me a red explanation point and then the logo reappearance for the last two weeks. I tried to contact Apple Support but I can’t and every time I tried to research, it would give me the same answers, do a force reset but I can’t. This answer didn’t solve anything.
