Hey, how are you? Thanks for responding to my concern but someone stole my iPhone, I want to track it down or lock but I don’t have the device on “find my iPhone” app. I still have serial number and IMEI number, what do I do?

Click here for information; aside from using Find My, the only way of locking it is to ask your wireless carrier to blacklist it. They can track it through the IMEI but generally only will as part of the search for a missing person.
