Icloud lock I previously bought a apple ipad pro 11 but it has icloud lock on. I send an apple request but they are asking me to provide proof of regional recipients. There is no way I have that so I asked apple if they could help me contact the previous owner of the ipad because it was bought it through market place and the person who sold to me has left the chat. But, apple responded to me that they cannot do anything...I was felt with questions, anger, hopeless and disappointment of how Apple's icloud lock policy...

I’m sorry, but there is no way you can find the owner unless they posted a message on the phone’s screen when you turn it on. There is also no way you can use it if it is activation locked.
