Apple Watch notifications

I have an Apple Watch series 7 that I just bought. Any of my installed apps don’t vibrate or make sound when they have a notification, but all of the apps that came on the watch do. There’s installed apps that I really need to be notified from, but I can’t figure out how to make them vibrate and have sound?
