Can't delete emails

I have configured my company email account on the Mail app. It's a Microsoft Exchange account. I am using a Mac Book Air 2020 with Monterey 12.4. There are a few emails that have been deleted from the server which are still displayed in my Inbox. When I try to delete this pop-up message displays (the Italian message says "can't move the message "feedback" into the folder ...")

How can I resolve this issue?
