Hi there, where can i found the return/ trade in label for my old ipad?

It should have come with the package to pack the old one in. It would come separately from the new iPad. If you got the box but no label, use the Get Support link to contact Apple Support and ask for a new one.

The label is usually underneath the address label of the empty box you received.
