People don't hear me when I'm talking on my phone. It started about the time of the last update. I can hear them, tho. Followed directions on Apple Support page but still isn't working. Have cleaned the microphones.

If people are having trouble hearing you when on a phone call, you can isolate this to calls or to the microphone itself. Make a FaceTime audio call (not video) and see if people can here you there.

I have resolved the problem with my Iphone. It was the case. I got a new case and voila! the phone works now with no problem. Thank you for being helpful.
