My apps have a time limit when i did not set one and it will not go away

My apps randomly started having a time limit and they will not shut off

App time limits keep resetting My daughter’s app limits keep resetting back to no limits. She’s not changing them. She brings it to me to show me. Example: I have Snapchat set to 1 hr daily. I go back in and it’s gone. It resets itself back to no limits. Why won’t the time restriction stay?

How can I undo "Ignore Time Limit for Today" for apps on iPhone? I accidentally ignored my time limit for the day on an app. Is there a way to lock it down again so i’m not looking all day? There seems to be no way to reactivate it at all after clicking "Ignore for the day". I tried updating the time limit, toggling app limits on and off, even deleting and reinstalling the app. How is there no way to do this? [Re-Titled By Moderator]

Someone has configured Screen Time. It cannot do that on its own.
