iPod Touch Gen 6
iPod stuck in repeat cycle. Answers from 2016 solved the problem for the current iPods. That solution does not work on my Touch. Is there a current fix?

Do you mean that the music player is in repeat mode?
If so, drag the Now Playing screen upwards, to reveal the additional controls, one of which is the Repeat function. Don't forget, the Repeat function cycles through:
- Off
- Repeat on - plays the same list again
- Repeat 1 on - plays the same song again
- Off
Note that repeat 1 mode will repeat the same song time after time until you stop it.
If this is not the problem you are experiencing, please provide more detail about the nature of the problem.
