how to decrease system data

hi, my system data takes 129 gb, normally it should take 20gb. What can I do to make it smaller to free some space in my computer?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.4

If you are using Time Machine try forcing it to delete Local Snapshots. To do this open Time Machine Preferences and uncheck Back Up Automatically, wait several minutes while the local Snapshots are automatically deleted then check the box to Back Up Automatically
