I turn on my sync and it turns off by its self
when I go to settings to turn on my sync it turns off once I leave settings

We agree this isn't expected behavior for someone with n Apple Music subscription, and we'd like to help by ruling out some basics:
- Depending on your model, the latest version is iOS 15.5, iPadOS 15.5, or macOS 12.4. If you check the version number within your device, do you see one of the versions we mentioned installed?
- Has a restart of your device been tried since this issue first began?
- Does this occur on all of your devices, or only one of them?
