I phone 7 cellular issue . Can’t call or text. How do I fix it?

How do I fix cellular issue on iPhone 7. Can’t call or txt. Says no service in left corner. Phone is up to date

iPhone 7, iOS 15

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

PLEASE NOTE:

If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, but you still can't connect to a cellular network, contact Apple Support.

I took phone to apple support in Hillsboro. He reset network and popped out SIM card. Said to do that when cellular issue happens. Tried and It isn’t fixing the problem . He mentioned something about 5G
