iCloud passwords
iCloud Keychain is turned on but passwords are not there

Prevent iPhone from automatically filling in passwords
Go to Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords, then turn off AutoFill Passwords.
Note : you had to turn in Autofill passwords , so that further passwords that are about to be saved will save .
