What is error -2146893054 in Home Sharing

I want to move my music in iTunes to my iPad using Home Sharing. I get a error message -2146893054 that could not activate Home Sharing. I am using a HP older model computer that has my iTunes music to transfer to my iPad.

What versions of Windows and iTunes are involved? You will need at least Windows 7 to access the iTunes Store, which is needed to enable Home Sharing. Do you have any anti virus software or third party firewall.
