I'm on iOS 15.5. Until just recently I was able to see which text messages were Group texts, and how many recipients there were and who they were. I didn't change any settings, but I can't see that information any longer. How do I get that capability back?

I'm not sure if I was clear enough. Two days ago I got a text message in a Group text and it showed it was a Group message and the recipients. Today new Group texts don't show any of that.
Plus, something I forgot to include, is that to not send a Group text I sent a text to just one person and somehow other people saw it, the same people in a previous Group text. To create that text I went to Messages and in a blank text window I added just one person, and somehow that became a Group text - despite my intention, and without my knowledge. That's not going to work for text messages since they're intended to be personal and confidential.

Group SMS
These messages also appear in green text bubbles and go through your carrier. Group SMS messages don’t support multimedia attachments, like photos or videos. All responses in a group SMS are sent as individual text messages and the recipients can’t see the other responses from the group.
