Why I can’t get the latest update

Check iPhone type & iOS version -> Go to: Settings -> General -> About.

If it is an iPhone 5S / 6 / 6 Plus -> iOS 12.5.5 is the last security updates for iPhone 6, -> released 23 september 2021.

Go to: Settings -> General -> Software Update.

If you have an iPhone 6, 6+, or older, your iPhone is too old to accept an iOS version beyond iOS 12.5.5 (eight years old or more).
