Hello. The reason I don't want to remove my store credit is because I moved to another country and want to change the country of my Apple ID. You can reset the balance.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
