I can’t find my notes, used everything i found online and nothing works: check emails,change default account , did a hard reset, ios update yet nothing worked I don’t knw what to do any more, no recently deleted folder either

Recovering Lost Notes:
A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Saving Notes to iPhone from iCloud:
Enable Notes in iCloud Settings:
Is Notes enabled in iCloud Settings on this iPhone? If not, enable it. If so, then disable it, then enable it.
C. Restore from a Backup:
Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.
