Safari Networking hangs consistently

I'm seeing this issue regularly and I have another data point to add relative to the prior thread:

Safari hangs consistently - Apple Community

Symptoms: every so often, Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4 will completely stop being able to load new pages. I'd say it happens every other day or so, and when it starts happening, it happens every few minutes and makes the browser practically unusable.

If I open up Activity Monitor and force-quit the "Safari Networking" process, any in-flight page requests fail immediately, but then any new page request, including doing a "reload" on a failed page requests succeeds instantly. Then, things stop working again a few minutes later.

I'm not sure but it seems like the stalls tend to happen most often when there are POST page requests.

Anyone else seeing this? I've tried turning off "Hide IP" and all extensions and it doesn't seem to solve the issue. Of course, I want to hide my IP and use the extensions, anyways.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.4
