Adding a uk travel card to wallet

The Uk option is missing from the list of travel cards to add to the apple wallet on my new (secondhand) phone how do I change this

If you already followed (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> Add a travel card to Apple Wallet – Apple Support (UK), contact that travel card issuer and ask them.
