How do you know if your phone or your Apple ID as a managed account because I see on my phone user education and I see in my analytics that I have a managed account but there is nothing anywhere else that shows that it's managed

To see if you iPhone is managed, go to Settings->General->VPN and Device Management. If there's a management profile for your device, it would appear there.
For your Apple ID, unless it was given to you by a corporation, it would not be managed. Managed Apple IDs are created separately to regular ones, and regular Apple IDs cannot be converted into managed ones. Link-> About Managed Apple IDs for business - Apple Support
Where are you seeing this "managed" item in your analytics exactly? Your probably misinterpreting what you are seeing there.
